Beef: Grilled Manhatten Filet, Boursin Stuffed Mushroom, Mashed Postatoes & Roased Asparagus with Rosemary Demi Glacé
Chicken: Cordon Bleu Crusted Chicked Breast, Yukon Gold Smashed Potato, Baby Carrots & Green Beans with a Grain Mustard Cream Sauce
Fish: Shrimp Roasted Salmon, Lemon-Parsley Couscous, Sautéed Green & Vegetable-Caper Relish
