Salad: Tomato Basket with Frisee, Jicama, Dries Figs, Apricots, Papaya, Walnuts, Goat Cheese and Champagne Vinaigrette
Beef: Porcini Crusted Tenderloin with Glazed Baby Carrots, Blue Cheese Mashed Potatoes and Red Wine Syrup
Chicken: Chicken Roulades with Chorizo and Manchego Cheese with Grilled Asparagus Mashed Potatoes and Natural Au Jus
Vegetarian: Roasted Vegetable Strudel with Smoked Carrot and Fennel Seed Sauce
Desserts: Flourless Chocolate Cake, Vanilla Bean Chantilly Cream and Fresh Berries
