Our Dinner Menu:
Salad: Roasted Vegetable Salad: Roasted Pineapple Ring with Roasted Vegetables and Roasted Tomatoes. Honey, Whole Grain Mustard & Balsamic Dressings on the tables
Beef: Sliced Beef Tenderloin, Caprese-style with Peppercorn Bordelaise, paired with a Twice-Baked Potato and Steamed Mixed Vegetables
Chicken: Stuffed Chicken Breast with Wild Mushroom Mousse and Boursin Cream Sauce (extra Sauce Boat on the tables), paired with Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Roasted Potatoes
Fish: Dilled Salmon En Croute, paired with Parmesan Risotto and Grilled Asparagus with Carrot Strips
Vegan: Autumn Tartlet (no cheese), paired with Fresh Berries for Dessert
Dessert: Key Lime Cake
